Complimentary to the leadership development work we do with organizational clients, we host an active learning community of fellow professionals.
The purpose of this learning community is to create a shared language of distinctions and ideas about how to intentionally build capacity for evolvability. Our intention is for an active community of co-creators who work together to evolve a shared vocabulary and methodologies useful to the leadership development profession.
In addition to creating vocabulary and methodologies we are actively exploring the evolving arena of open source licensing, creative commons and shared assets.
